At present, projects such as 5GW / a single crystal silicon rod, 6Gw / a single crystal silicon rod, silicon carbide, artificial sapphire, silicon carbide power electronic chip, graphene carbon nano electric heating film, supporting service rooms and main roads in the park are under construction. At present, Baoshan silicon based Industrial Park Longling garden Central Park plans to construct an annual output of 400000 tons of organic silicon construction project with 1000 mu of land.

Construction content: the building covers an area of 200000 square meters, with a total construction area of 600000 square meters. The main purpose is to build an annual output of 400000 tons of silicone production line and supporting public engineering facilities such as water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, water treatment, and infrastructure such as fire protection, environmental protection, occupational safety and health.

Rich raw materials:
The reserves of silicon ore in western Yunnan and northern Myanmar are about 300 million tons. By the end of 2017, the production capacity of silicon metal in the western Yunnan area was 1.25 million tons, with a production capacity of 601000 tons, accounting for 96.2% and 97.8% of the province, 32.5% and 42.3% of the whole country; among them, the production capacity of silicon metal in Baoshan City was 400000 tons, with a production capacity of 2400400 tons, accounting for 31% and 39.1% of the province, and 10.4% and 16.9% of the whole country; in particular, Longling, as the only silicon industrial park in the province, has a production capacity of 250000 tons, with a production capacity of 150000 tons It accounts for 19.2% and 24.4% of the province, 6.5% and 10.6% of the whole country, providing sufficient raw materials for building silicon-based industrial clusters.
The main mining areas of silicon resources in Longling County are concentrated in Longshan, Zhen'an, Longxin, Xiangda and other towns. The county has a prospective resource reserve of about 41.6 million tons, 39 silicon ore producing areas have been found, and the estimated resource reserve is 22.6164 million tons, with an average grade of 99.2%. It has the characteristics of good transportation conditions, opencast mining, high grade and many reserves. There are 17 silica mining licenses in the county, and there are actually 15 silica mines. It is found that the resource reserves are 9.462 million tons, the resource reserves are 6.2107 million tons, and the annual production scale is 458000 tons. There are 11 silica mining enterprises, including 1 state-owned enterprise, 1 joint-stock enterprise and 9 private enterprises.
Supporting industry:
At the end of 2017, the production capacity of silicon metal in the western Yunnan area was 1.25 million tons, with a production capacity of 601000 tons. 5GW single crystal silicon rod and supporting projects were put into production in August 2017.
Pre project preparation:
The application for approval of the project land has been completed, and the supporting service rooms in the park, the main road of the park Oujia road and changlinggang road have been completed and put into use.
Preliminary benefit analysis
After the project is completed and put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 4 billion yuan, realize a tax revenue of more than 100 million yuan, and solve the problem of employing more than 1000 people.
