Inner Mongolia hengyecheng silicone Co., Ltd. is located in Wuda Industrial Park, Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary invested and established by Zhejiang Zhongcheng Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang hengyecheng silicone Co., Ltd., one of China's top 500 enterprises, It is a major project in Inner Mongolia, with a total planned investment of nearly 13 billion yuan, and an annual output of 900000 tons of organic silicon project and a 4 × 50MW + 1 × 25MW + 2 × 12MW back pressure heating power generation unit project. After the completion of the project, the total production capacity will be the largest in China and the third in the world.
The first phase of Inner Mongolia hengyecheng project was officially started in May 2010, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan, and an annual output of 250000 tons of organosilicon and 2 × 15MW back pressure generator set has been put into operation in 2012. At the same time, downstream units such as raw rubber, 107 rubber, white carbon black, hydrogen containing silicone oil, methyl trimethoxy, high boiling cracking, hydrogen containing double head, gas-phase mixing rubber, high-pressure cracking (I, trimethyl disproportionation, azeotropic, low boiling disproportionation) have been built, with a total investment of 4.2 billion yuan and an estimated output value of 4 billion yuan. With the tenet of "leading by science and technology, driving by innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, and safety production", the company actively plans to expand the scale of the second phase of 300000 tons of organic silicon monomer and supporting construction of 4 × 50MW back pressure unit, 80000 tons of chemical grade industrial silicon project, with a total investment of 4.3 billion yuan and an output value of 5.5 billion yuan. After the completion of the project, the total capacity of the silicone project will reach 550000 tons / year, which will further optimize the process flow, fully reduce the energy consumption per unit production, reduce the product cost, and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise, so as to further improve the utilization rate of resources and promote the regional economic development.
Hengye organic silicon is different from the local coal chemical industry and petrochemical industry in Inner Mongolia. It is a national strategic emerging industry and a new polymer material project with its own industry particularity. 1. Silicone inspection: 20
Requirements: male, 18-35 years old, high school degree or above, diligent and practical, with or without experience.

2. Electrical Instrument Engineer: 1
Requirements: automation and instrument, measurement and control or electrical instrument professional background, at least five years of working experience in installation, maintenance and construction of instrument and DCS system, familiar with conventional automation industrial instruments, and able to select instruments and draw installation drawings. It can provide daily statistics of relevant electrical instrument technical data and feedback on site construction problem solving.
