Nanjing Normal University is an institution which is in charge of the Provincial Department of education. In order to better select excellent talents, enrich the talent team and optimize the structure of teachers, Nanjing Normal University is now recruiting outstanding talents for the public. In accordance with the measures of Jiangsu Province on public recruitment of public institutions and other provisions, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Working principles
(1) Adhere to the principle of post recruitment and classified management. According to the needs of the school's career development, within the approved total number of posts, in accordance with the specific post responsibilities and qualifications of professional and technical posts, the examination and assessment method is adopted to select the best, employ and manage by category, and strengthen the construction of high-level talent team.

(3) Adhere to scientific setting and standardized operation. In strict accordance with the relevant regulations of public recruitment of staff in Institutions of Jiangsu Province, the school sets recruitment conditions scientifically, studies recruitment methods carefully, ensures the scientificity, impartiality, specialization and public reliability of examination and assessment, and consciously accepts the supervision of all sectors of society.
2、 Application conditions
(1) Having the nationality of the people's Republic of China and abiding by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China.
(2) Abide by laws and disciplines, conduct integrity, unity and cooperation, respect for industry, music, integrity and public service.
(3) Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post, be able to engage in front-line teaching and scientific research.
(4) The age requirements are: Master's degree or below and the age of personnel with intermediate professional title is not more than 35 years old (born after January 1, 1985), the age of doctoral students is not more than 40 years old (born after January 1, 1980), the age of personnel with deputy senior professional and technical posts is not more than 45 years old (born after January 1, 1975), and the age of personnel with senior professional and technical posts is not more than 35 years old Not more than 50 years old (born after January 1, 1970). Among them, those with master's (intermediate title), doctor's degree and deputy senior title are in urgent need of discipline personnel, and the age can be relaxed by 5 years.
(5) Have the professional and technical qualifications required for the post (see the post table for details). Graduates should graduate before March 31, 2021 and obtain corresponding academic degrees. Graduates of teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad studying at the same time refer to those studying in teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad and graduating at the same time with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
(6) Taiwan students with full-time college education in mainland China and other Taiwan residents with recognized education in mainland China shall apply in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and our province.
3、 Sign up
(1) Application method: candidates apply through the "open recruitment platform of Jiangsu provincial public institutions", upload photos, preliminary qualification examination and payment confirmation, all of which are carried out synchronously through the network. The recruitment announcement will be published 10 working days later, and the assessment will be organized according to the application status. The recruitment will stop when the position is full, and the application will continue to be accepted when the position is not full. Position No. 30 is a short-term recruitment position form, and assessment will be organized uniformly after registration.

(3) Online confirmation
1. Applicants can go to the enrollment website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (company) 24 hours after submitting the enrollment information online.
2. No application fee and examination fee will be charged for this open recruitment, and registration will be successful after passing the preliminary examination.
3. If the applicant fails to confirm the application qualification and upload photos on time, the application will be deemed invalid.
(4) Notes for registration
1. According to the job requirements and online prompts, the candidates fill in the relevant information truthfully, and upload their recent two inch (35 × 45mm) certificate photo of bareheaded front, in JPG format, with the size of less than 20KB.
2. Candidates can only select one position registration from the position table. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Candidates who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination can report other positions that meet the qualification conditions during the application period. Candidates should use the second generation of resident ID card within the validity period to register. The ID card used for registration and assessment must be the same.
3. When applying for the job, please fill in the column of "study and work experience" with your research direction, main thesis works (indicate the journal name, year, period, starting and ending page number, and indicate the information such as the first author or independent author or corresponding author (tutor is the first author)), research topics (indicate the information such as hosting or participation, ranking, research funds, etc.) and Scientific research awards (indicating the ranking, award level, etc.) and other information. If no papers and subjects are filled in, it is deemed that there is no relevant scientific research achievements.
4. The recruitment department (company) reviews according to the information provided by the candidate. If the candidate makes false, he / she will be disqualified once verified.
5. Positions 1-29 are long-term recruitment positions, and there is no opening proportion; positions 30 are short-term recruitment positions, and the opening proportion of applicants is 1:3. If the opening proportion is not reached, the recruitment position will be cancelled and announced on the human resources and social security network of Jiangsu Province. The school will inform the candidates of the time and place to participate in the assessment by SMS or phone. Candidates must participate in the assessment at the specified time and place, otherwise they will be rejected.
6. Under any of the following circumstances, the candidates shall not apply: ① active servicemen, college graduates; ② candidates who have husband and wife relationship, lineal blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, close relatives and other relatives to be avoided with the staff of public institutions, shall not apply for management positions with direct superior subordinate leadership relationship, and "public institutions" Positions to be avoided as required by regulations on personnel management avoidance. If the person in charge of the employing unit and the public recruitment staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the applicant, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of the public recruitment, they shall be avoided. ③ Personnel who have not yet been relieved of disciplinary punishment or are undergoing disciplinary review, or whose time limit for criminal punishment has not expired, or who are being investigated for suspected illegal crimes; ④ personnel who are not allowed to apply for relevant posts in public institutions according to other regulations of the state and the province.
4、 Examination subjects, time and Implementation Measures
(1) Before the qualification reexamination and assessment, our university will reexamine the qualifications of the candidates, and the candidates must submit the following materials in original and duplicate: 1. The highest education background, degree certificate, ID card, professional and technical post qualification certificate; 2. The domestic fresh graduates shall provide the recommendation form of two-way employment selection for graduates issued by the provincial education administrative department, and study abroad The returnee shall provide the certificate of the returnee and the certificate of overseas academic degree issued by the service center of the Ministry of education.
(2) Assessment method: the assessment method of all teaching and scientific research posts is interview. According to the measures formulated by Nanjing Normal University, it mainly tests the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required for the performance of post duties. The qualification line of interview score is 70 points (full score is 100 points). Inform the candidates of the interview results on the spot. For the same batch of posts with more than 15 participants, the assessment methods are written examination and interview. The written examination shall be organized timely according to the epidemic situation, and the time shall be notified through the website of Human Resources Office of Nanjing Normal University. The written test results will be published on the website of Human Resources Office of Nanjing Normal University within one week. Those who pass the written examination shall be ranked from high score to low score and enter the interview in the proportion of 1:3.
5、 Physical examination, investigation and employment
(1) At the end of the examination, according to the proportion of 1:1 of the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment post, the personnel who have passed the interview shall be determined as the physical examination personnel according to the high score to the low score. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard for physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall also meet the physical examination requirements for qualification certification of teachers in Jiangsu Province. If there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified physical examination, it will not be filled.
(2) The school shall inspect the personnel to be employed who pass the physical examination. According to the job requirements and job conditions, the ideological and political performance, moral quality, relevant business ability and work performance are mainly investigated.
(3) According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the school will make a collective study to determine the list of proposed employees. The list of personnel to be employed shall be published on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of human resources and social security for 7 working days after being reviewed by the Provincial Department of education. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the personnel to be employed, current work or study unit, recruitment interview results, ranking, supervision and reporting telephone number, etc. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the school shall report to the Provincial Department of education for filing. If there is a vacancy due to unqualified inspection, it will not be filled.
(4) For those who have no objection to the public announcement, Nanjing Normal University shall handle the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them for a period of 3 years after being put on record by the provincial education department and the provincial human resources and social security department. After the employment is approved, it will not be supplemented. If a fresh graduate fails to obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate on time, the employment qualification shall be cancelled. The probationary period of the first employed personnel is 12 months, and that of the other employed personnel is 3 months. After the probationary period has expired and passed the examination, they shall be appointed and graded. Those who fail to pass the examination shall be disqualified from employment and the employment relationship shall be terminated.
