On April 18, the commencement of the 300000 ton silicon project of Dongyue silicon material and the oath meeting of Dongyue Group project construction promotion were held in Huantai County, Zibo, Shandong Province.
Dongyue 300000 tons of organic silicon and 200000 tons of downstream deep processing project is a key project of new and old energy conversion in Shandong Province, covering an area of 424 mu, with a total planned investment of 2.98 billion yuan. After completion, the company will increase sales revenue by 3.23 billion yuan and profits and taxes by 540 million yuan. The project introduces and integrates the most advanced organosilicon and downstream deep processing technology at home and abroad, and the design capacity of single unit is the first in China.
After the completion of the project, the total capacity of Dongyue silicon monomer will reach 600000 tons / year, which will further improve the high-tech industrial chain of silicon materials, and the capacity scale is expected to enter the top five in the world.
Dongyue silicon material is one of the largest silicone production enterprises in China, with significant scale advantages. According to polysiloxane production capacity, the company ranks in the top ten in the silicone industry in the world. Through technical transformation, the capacity of monomer in 2019 has been increased to 300000 tons (equivalent to about 141000 tons of polysiloxane). Through long-term technical research and production practice, Dongyue silicon material has mastered the design and operation technology of 150000 T / a monomer synthesis device, which is one of the domestic devices with the highest single production capacity. At the same time, Dongyue silicon material is also an important supplier of silicone deep processing products in China. The existing leading products mainly include silicone monomer, intermediate, silicone oil, silicone rubber, silicone resin, silicon dioxide and other series of deep processing products, forming a high-tech industrial chain of silicon materials.
