School Profile:
Pingdu Xingzhi experimental school (hereinafter referred to as "Xingzhi experimental school") is a high-end private school built by Qingdao Xingzhi Investment Management Co., Ltd. with the support of Pingdu municipal Party committee, the municipal government and the competent department of education, supported by the strength of education discipline of Nanjing Normal University. At present, Xingzhi experimental school is the only scientific research and experiment base of the school of education and Science in Qingdao.
Xingzhi experimental school is located at No. 368, Shanghai Road, Pingdu City, covering an area of 198 Mu and a building area of 120000 m2. There are science and technology building, art building, gymnasium, swimming pool, dormitory building, etc. to create smart classroom and smart campus. The school is adjacent to Andersen's fairy tale town in the west, Weilai high speed railway station in the north and Qingdao international new airport in the south, with convenient transportation, beautiful environment, comfortable life and livable industry.
The school has 36 classes in the primary school, 24 classes in the junior high school, 12 classes in the senior high school and 12 classes in the senior high school international department. It implements small class teaching, and has 12 classes attached to the kindergarten. The school is constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project consists of the primary school department and the junior high school department. In 2020, new students from primary school and junior high school will be enrolled.

Recruitment conditions:

2. At least 5 years of teaching experience, with experience as a head teacher is preferred.
3. Bachelor degree or above.
4. Those who have one of the honorary titles or business titles above the county level (excellent teachers, excellent educators, advanced moral education individuals, young teachers, professional talents, excellent party members, etc.) or business titles (teaching experts, discipline leaders, backbone teachers, first prize of high-quality courses, etc.), can apply.
5. Under the age of 40. The age of honorary titles at prefecture level and above can be extended to 45 years old.
