In order to novel coronavirus pneumonia, the students should take part in physical exercise and enjoy sports enjoyment. In accordance with the notice of the Ministry of education on the suspension of large-scale sports activities and gathering activities during the period of the new crown pneumonia outbreak, the school will innovate the methods of sports competition, guide students to exercise scientifically and scientifically, and enhance their physique and personality. 4、 Competition group and competition mode
1. This competition consists of four groups: Men's group A, women's group A, men's group B and women's group B.
2. The time of each individual competition is one minute, and the number of times to complete the technical actions as required in one minute is used to calculate the ranking. Actions that do not meet the requirements in the review process are not included in the total.
3. Online network video recording is adopted, and the video is uploaded to Baidu online disk, and the sharing link is pasted to the application system. The organizer will organize an expert group to determine the performance of each contestant through the quality evaluation of the technology in the video.

2. Men's group movement requirements
(1) Push up to Bobbie jump
Start with feet and legs slightly separated and standing no more than shoulder width, squat down and support the ground with both hands, stretch back, form a straight line from shoulders to ankles, and touch the ground with both hands and front feet, with legs slightly separated and no more than shoulder width. In push ups, the hands are slightly wider than the shoulders, the elbows are bent less than 90 degrees when lowering, the arms are propped up until there is no obvious bending when lifting, then the knees are bent to form a squat, the feet are jumping off the ground at the same time, and the hands are raised above the head to clap once. It is recorded as an effective score, which is determined by the number of effective times completed in one minute. The actions that do not meet the requirements in the review process will not be counted.

(2) Fast squat
Start from standing with feet and legs slightly separated and no more than shoulder width, keep the knees and toes in the same direction; when squatting, bend the hips and knees, squat until the knee joint of the thigh is less than 90 degrees, keep a straight line on the back of the waist, when squatting, raise the hands horizontally before squatting, when standing, replay the hands on the side of the body, record one effective result, and judge the result by the number of times completed in one minute. The actions that do not meet the requirements in the review process will not be counted.

3. Women's movement requirements
(1) Bobbie jump
Start with feet and legs slightly separated and standing no more than shoulder width, squat down and support the ground with both hands, stretch back, form a straight line from shoulders to ankles, and touch the ground with both hands and front feet, with legs slightly separated and no more than shoulder width. Then bend your knees to form a squat, jump your feet off the ground at the same time, raise your hands above your head and clap once. It is recorded as an effective score, which is determined by the number of effective times completed in one minute. Actions that do not meet the requirements in the review process will not be counted.

(2) Supine leg lift
The competitors lie on the ground or on the mat, with straight legs folded 90 degrees above the vertical, and must touch the ground with both feet when falling. A piece of A4 paper must be held inside the soles of the feet. During the competition, the movement of paper falling will not be counted. If there is a drop, it will be quickly clipped and then completed. The score is determined by the number of valid times completed in one minute. The actions that do not meet the requirements in the review process will not be counted.

All of the above actions must be performed by the athletes independently, without the help of others.
6、 Competition method
1. Athlete qualification
(1) The athletes must be registered students of our school.
(2) The athletes who apply for the men's group A and women's group A shall be the undergraduates and postgraduates of the nationality other than the College of sports science; the athletes who apply for the men's group B and women's group B shall be the undergraduates and postgraduates of the nationality of the College of sports science.
(3) Athletes must be healthy (students with a history of serious diseases such as heart disease and asthma are not allowed to participate).
2. The time of this competition is from May 1, 2020 to May 10, 2020. Each participant is limited to report one project. The contestants must download the competition audio to play as the narration (it can be played by using mobile phones, small speakers and other devices), and record with reference to the demonstration video. The picture shall be stable, and the video picture and sound shall clearly reflect the completion of the action. The video shooting requirements are horizontal screen, aspect ratio of 16:9, MP4 format, and video size not more than 200MB.

The athletes will save the recorded video to Baidu online disk. The video will be named after "student number + name + group + project" (such as "12180000 three women's group a supine leg lifting"), and the sharing link will be pasted into the registration system (please share the permanent link).
7、 Ranking admission and reward
1. The top 20 men's and women's group A and the top 10 men's and women's group B were admitted respectively. Among them, 1-3 in group A of men and women are the first prize, 4-8 are the second prize, 9-20 are the third prize; 1-2 in group B of men and women are the first prize, 3-5 are the second prize, 6-10 are the third prize.
2. The organizer of the event will announce the results of the competition and the awards through the wechat public platform of the sports academy of Nanjing Normal University, and issue awards and certificates of honor to the winners (the awarding ceremony will be notified separately).
8、 Precautions
1. The competitors shall abide by the integrity. In case of any violation such as using technical means to modify the video to improve the performance of the competition and letting others take part in the competition instead of themselves, once verified, the results of the competition will be cancelled and the college will be notified.
2. Before the competition, sufficient preparation activities should be done, and after the competition, relaxation exercise should be done.
3. During the epidemic period, avoid activities in places where people are concentrated, and wear clothes suitable for sports.
4. Master the correct technical action essentials, arrange sports time scientifically and reasonably, and avoid unnecessary sports injury.
5. Carefully check whether the surrounding environment is safe and suitable for sports to prevent wrestling.
6. Stop the exercise immediately if there is any maladjustment during the exercise.
7. Matters not covered will be notified separately.
