In order to enable students to gain from the epidemic, think about it and better adapt to the campus life under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control, the school of Marxism of Nanjing Normal University launched the online "first class" special activity at Tencent conference at 19:00 on April 27, 2020. This lecture was presided over by instructor Li Yingqiu, and all undergraduates listened to it on time. First of all, President Wang Gang brought "the first lesson" to the students. The novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic is a test for all of us, and we need to submit our own answer. Mr. Wang Gang explained to the students "how to look at the epidemic", "how to gain from the epidemic", "why China can win in stages in the epidemic", "how to publicize the Chinese story to the world", etc. These contents are also the problems that ideological and political students should think about. Secretary Li Qianjin put forward the requirements and hopes for the students during the period of closed campus management. In his speech, the Secretary stressed that "during the epidemic period, we should put in a right mindset and invest in normal learning and life.". At this moment, the stability of mind and spirit is the way to save students, rational and calm is the source of strength of students, bravery and tenacity is the excellent quality of students, gritting teeth and holding on are the due duty of students. Although the epidemic has had a significant impact on students' study and life, I believe that as long as we work together and stick together, we will be able to overcome difficulties and break through many barriers. The Secretary mentioned that during the epidemic, we have emerged a group of excellent medical staff and young volunteers. From them, the students have seen the responsibility and responsibility of the youth, and they have learned more about how to be a new youth with ideals, abilities and responsibilities!
Finally, teacher Li Yingqiu, the counselor, led us to learn the relevant management regulations of the school during the closed management period and watched the safety theme education video. Li stressed that students should pay attention to the sanitary conditions of dormitory during the closed management period, and contact the college in case of special circumstances.
