Zhu Changqing: the award-winning project is the key technology and application of copyright tracing and authority control for geographic information security. Mainly for the national and national defense needs of geographic information security, covering our more than ten years in the field of geographic information security A series of innovative achievements in "basic research core technology software system transformation application standard specification" include 2 national standards, 7 national projects, more than 10 software products, more than 70 patents and soft works, more than 200 papers and more than 450 users. Zhu Changqing: with the development of remote sensing technology, image resolution is getting higher and higher, but it is not without confidentiality. In fact, the role of image without attribute information is limited. The geographic information products, with accurate positioning and high accuracy, once divulged, directly affect national security and national defense security, the importance of its security is self-evident. Foreign countries, including the United States, also attach great importance to the security of geographic information. Google map fuzzizes many important geographic information of the United States and its allies, but does not process important geographic information of China. There is no contradiction between geographic information security and sharing. Only security can promote sharing. It is absolutely impossible to share without security. National security is paramount. Many laws and regulations of our country clearly stipulate that divulging the secrets of geographic information should be severely punished by law. In reality, there are too many reasons for the intentional or unintentional leakage of geographic information, the parties are severely punished by law, and the relevant leaders are severely punished. There is no small matter in safety. Never take it lightly. The surveying and Mapping Law revised in 2017 focuses on strengthening the management of geographic information security.

You have organized the research and development of "Jiyin" geographic information security protection series software products. What are the main products at present? For whom?
Zhu Changqing: "Jiyin" products mainly include two parts: geographic information "copyright tracing" and "authority control". Application scenarios include internal data security protection, external data distribution and external data security protection. For the internal data of the unit, the internal network security control system is developed, which can effectively prevent data leakage and theft. For outgoing and field data, we have developed digital watermarking software products that can protect copyright and trace the source, and security control software products that can control the use time, use platform and use scope. There are also security protection products for mobile phones and pads to prevent data leakage and loss. The product covers all kinds of geographic information data, such as vector, grid, 3D model and so on. It provides a reliable technical means for the whole life cycle security protection of geographic information. At present, there are more than 450 users, covering military, surveying and mapping, geographic information, land, geology, planning, archives, public security, forestry, water conservancy, electric power, ocean and other fields, as well as many universities and enterprises, including several research and production units of geographic information directly under the Ministry of natural resources, national geological data center, relevant units before and after the military reform, and surveying and Mapping Archives or letters of more than 20 provinces Information Center, users from the country, province, city to county level. In fact, all units with geographic information data can be used to protect their data security. Recently, in response to the new crown epidemic, we have also developed a unique small program that can record the copyright, time, location and other watermark information, and make some contributions to the prevention and control of the epidemic.

Professor Zhu, the state has always stressed that scientific research results serve the national economic construction. How do you do in the field of geographic information security production, learning, research and use?
Zhu Changqing: I was working in the PLA Information Engineering University in 2005, and I was exposed to vector data digital watermarking. In 2006, I presided over the National 863 project vector geographic data digital watermarking technology, which was concluded in 2009. But I think this is a research direction urgently needed by a country and national defense, so I have been doing it all the time. I always believe that the purpose of scientific research is not to research for scientific research, but to serve the country and society. On March 20, 2012, Nanjing Jiyin Information Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, which has planted the wings of rapid development for the transformation of achievements. For more than ten years, the comprehensive and systematic research and application of geographic information security has been carried out based on application demand, theoretical research, technological research and development, software research and development, and application satisfaction. In fact, the transformation of achievements is very difficult. Geographic information includes vector, image, DEM, three-dimensional model and other types of data, as well as various formats, platforms, massive data, etc. it also needs to solve various key technologies such as watermark information capacity, embedding rules, detection methods, efficiency, accuracy, control granularity, reliability, security, availability, etc. in application, these are indispensable. We met with bottleneck problems several times and felt that we couldn't do it anymore. Later, we all bite our teeth and stick to it. Hard as it is, it's worth it. You have been engaged in geographic information security for more than 10 years. What are your prospects for geographic information security?
Zhu Changqing: geographic information security is an important part of national security, which needs to be carried out in terms of laws and regulations and technology for a long time. This year, the Department of geographic information management of the Ministry of natural resources, in its key points of work, especially strengthened the supervision of geographic information security, and proposed to promote the application of new technologies for geographic information security prevention and control, such as digital watermarking, security licensing, etc., which is the first time that such a clear requirement has been made at the national level. At present, the security of geographic information from the digital watermark technology of "copyright tracing" to the security control technology of "authority control" (security license) has made important achievements, and the related software system has been widely used, of course, it needs to be further deepened. At present, with the development of 5g, and the needs of emergency response, special disasters and other events, including the recent new epidemic situation, it is necessary to provide geographic information services from the network, which involves more stringent security requirements, and is an urgent need to study and solve the major national needs. We are also carrying out research and application in this field and have made some progress. In the future, we hope that more teams will participate in the research and application of geographic information security.
