The addition type fluorosilicone liquid glue and the preparation method thereof include: after the raw material mixture is dehydrated, a vinyl capping agent and an amine glue catalyst are added to carry out a ring-opening polymerization reaction; and then the amine glue catalyst is heated and cracked to terminate the ring-opening polymerization reaction, Wherein, the raw material mixture is a mixture of a fluorine-containing monomer and a methylcyclosiloxane, or a fluorine-containing monomer, a mixture of a methylcyclosiloxane and a vinyl methylcyclosiloxane. The preparation method is easier Control the molecular weight of the liquid glue to obtain a fluorosilicone liquid glue with a viscosity in the range of 10-1000 Pa.s, which meets the needs of the injection molding process; and the catalyst selected in the preparation process can be directly cracked at high temperature, the process is simple and the yield is high The fluorosilicone rubber obtained by the addition and curing of the fluorosilicone liquid glue provided by the present invention has excellent physical properties and can be used in the production and production of materials such as seals and gaskets in airplanes and automobiles. It is alternately connected by silicon atoms and oxygen atoms, and the side chain contains trifluoropropyl and methyl groups. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, weather resistance, oil and solvent resistance.
Addition molding fluorosilicone rubber generally uses vinyl fluorosilicone oil as the base rubber carrier, hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil as the cross-linking agent, and fumed white carbon black as the filler. It is vulcanized into a fluorosilicone elastomer in the presence of a platinum catalyst for bonding, Sealing, potting, and coating protective materials can be used in electronics, automobiles, aerospace and other fields. Because its base is a liquid glue, it has a low viscosity and is convenient for automated production; its addition vulcanization conditions are controllable, and it can be vulcanized at room temperature, medium temperature, and heat without releasing small molecules.
Thermally vulcanized fluorosilicone rubber is usually vulcanized by the interaction between the vinyl group in the fluorosilicone rubber and the hydrogen on the methyl group under the action of peroxide. Commonly used vulcanizing agents include 2,4-dichlorobenzoyl peroxide (Double two four) or 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis (tert-butyl peroxy) hexane (two two five) and so on. The addition of fluorosilicone rubber requires the addition reaction of Si-H active groups with the vinyl groups in the base rubber for vulcanization. Ordinary hydrogen-containing silicone oil has poor compatibility with fluorosilicone base rubber, so it is necessary to use hydrogen-containing fluorosilicone oil as a crosslinking agent to improve its compatibility with base rubber.
