At present, the types of UV/EB curing adhesives mainly include: pressure sensitive adhesives, laminating adhesives and hot melt adhesives.
The main uses of UV curing adhesives are:
(1) Combination of optical prisms (including optical reflective lenses), positioning and bonding;
(2) Fixing of electronic components;
(3) Optical fibers are bundled, taped, and connected;
(4) Adhesion of injection needle and plastic syringe;
(5) Bonding of diamond particles in jewelry, bonding of handicrafts (crystal, glass and other materials), and fixing and bonding of nuts and bolts, etc.
