The compression molding process is mainly a production process formed by pressing a mold in a related machine, such as the production of silicone mobile phone cases, silicone ice trays, etc. The main production process is silica gel processing that is formed into products from silica gel raw materials or rubber raw materials in a closed mold cavity by heating and pressurizing. Usually, the raw materials are uniformly mixed into a rubber compound through a mixer, and then the mold is moved into the vulcanization molding machine. Then the mold is closed and pressurized to form and solidify or vulcanize, and then release the mold to obtain a silicone product. This process is suitable for thermosetting material processing.

2. Injection
This process requires relatively high quality, and is a combination of liquid silicone and plastic. Its products are characterized by good thermal stability, cold resistance, excellent electrical insulation properties, and no toxic substances will be produced during combustion. Therefore, it has become an irreplaceable material in the production design of health products, automobiles, baby products, medical products, diving products, kitchen utensils, and seals.

3. Squeeze
Extrusion molding, extruded silicone products are usually formed by extruding silicone through an extrusion machine. Generally, the shape of extruded silicone is long, and the tubular shape can be cut at will. The shape of the product made by extrusion is relatively single, mostly strips. . Silicone tubes are widely used in the fields of medical and mechanical equipment. It can also be used as a buffer in packaging materials.

4. Calendering
Silicone rubber is kneaded and mixed with white carbon black, silicone oil, etc. to form a rubber compound, and then calendered to produce a sheet. The film made by calendering has obvious differences in the physical and mechanical properties of the longitudinal and transverse directions. This phenomenon is the calendering effect. The specific performance is that the longitudinal tensile strength of the film is greater than the transverse direction, the transverse elongation of the film is greater than the longitudinal direction, and the longitudinal shrinkage rate of the film is greater than the transverse direction. The calendering effect is the result of the orientation of the macromolecules, needle-like and sheet-like compounding agents in the rubber compound along the calendering direction during the calendering process. The size of the calendering effect is related to the composition of the rubber compound, calendering temperature, speed, speed ratio and so on. Used for larger products, such as silicone sheets, silicone plates.

5. Perfusion
Filling or pouring mold operation method: pouring mold or pouring mold is used for relatively smooth or simple products. There is no mold line to save manpower and time, that is, the product or model you want to copy is surrounded by rubber plates or glass plates through a vacuum pump The silica gel is poured directly into the product. After the silica gel is dried and formed, the product is taken out to form a mold (Note: The infusion mold is generally made of soft silica gel, so that it is easier to demold and will not damage the product in the silicone mold). It is a solid-liquid combination and is used in products such as mobile phone sets and luggage sets.

6. Coating
Fast curing; strong adhesion; good fluidity, easy to defoam. The platinum complex catalyst is non-toxic and tasteless, and has good air permeability, heat resistance and certain tensile strength after molding (use temperature -60℃～200℃). Excellent non-slip performance; no pollution; low hardness; strong adhesion. High tearability; high transparency; good tensile properties. Wear resistance, washing resistance, high temperature resistance; high three-dimensional, smooth, soft, and good elasticity. Resistant to water washing and dry cleaning. It is suitable for fabrics, with anti-aging effect, such as silicone gloves, rain boots, etc.
