This project developed a new generation of LED packaging adhesive, and established a new bonding theory and method, solved the metal residue problem caused by the need for metal catalyst in the process of sealing adhesive, improved the performance and life of packaging adhesive material, compared with the current foreign benchmark products on the market. The new generation of LED packaging adhesive independently developed by Beihang has passed more rigorous experimental tests in terms of aging resistance and yellowing resistance, and the raw material cost is only L /10o of similar products

This project with completely independent intellectual property rights, research and development of containing silicon ring siloxane machine, with multiple alternative functional groups, can easily introduce phenyl, halogen elements or impurity atoms, such as sulfur, phosphorus, and can improve the refractive index of organic silicon encapsulating materials, further improve the efficiency of the LED light output at the same time, crosslinking without metal catalyst, catalyst residue.

The products are easy to realize industrialization. The raw materials are chemical raw materials commonly used in the market, with wide sources and sufficient supply. There is no need for complex and expensive equipment in the production and preparation process, and the production process is environmentally friendly, which is conducive to large-scale industrial production. The final product is liquid, easy to transfer and transport, easy for customers to operate.
