The difference between water-based and solvent-based release agents 1. Water-based release agent Anti-acid, anti-alkali, anti-hard water, strong water solubility, good stability. Diluted with any proportion of water, no stratification, no demulsification, no caking, long shelf life, high solid content, and good dispersibility.
2. Oil-based release agent It does not contain CFA, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic; the oil-based release agent does not corrode the product and the mold, does not affect the second processing of the product, and the surface is not greasy; it is especially suitable for the molding of large plastic shell products.
