Modern inorganic silicate coatings are generally based on the development of the silicate coating system that first obtained the royal patent in 1878, and its raw materials are all natural materials. This paint is a perfect combination of a liquid potassium silicate paint binder and natural oxide pigments, natural mineral fillers (such as feldspar) and other raw materials. These natural materials ensure maximum weather resistance and unparalleled durability. Silicate coatings penetrate into the mineral substrates on which they are applied, such as putty and concrete substrates, and form a permanent chemical crystal bond with the substrates, which is also called silicification. Inorganic mineral coatings contain neither solvents, nor any petrochemical derivatives, and are non-flammable and do not release any toxic gases.
