Second, the difference in shaping effects
The silicone prosthesis itself has the basic shape of the nose, which can be processed and trimmed on the basis of its own shape. The elasticity and three-dimensional feeling are better, but the hand feel is slightly worse, and there is a chance of light transmission after the operation. Silica gel will not change the corresponding shape and feel over time, and will not deform or deteriorate.
The material of the expanded prosthesis feels like paper, with many micro-holes on it. After rhinoplasty surgery, the shape and feel are more realistic. Human tissues and blood vessels can grow in the micro-holes to form connections, and then look like the body itself. The tissue is the same, it is more natural after the operation, but it is too soft and not easy to shape the nose tip, which requires our doctor's sculpting skills. The long-term effect of the bulking prosthesis is not good. After the tissue grows in, it will lose its original flexibility, the appearance and feel of the nose will lose its sense of reality, and the nose will be relatively dull and unnatural.
