（2） Preliminary qualification.
The qualification of candidates shall be examined by the recruitment leading group. In principle, the proportion between the number of qualified candidates and the number of recruitment plans for each position after preliminary examination shall not be less than 3:1. If the proportion is not reached, the number of recruiters for the position shall be reduced or the recruitment for the position shall be cancelled.

（4） Written examination

The full-time teacher recruitment examination (written examination and interview) is planned to be conducted at two test points: the first test point is located in Chengmai Experimental Middle School of East China Normal University (North 2nd Ring Road, old town economic development zone, Chengmai County, Hainan Province), and the second test point is located in Liaoning Normal University (Dalian City, Liaoning Province). Affected by the epidemic situation, the second test site in Liaoning Normal University may be cancelled. If the second test site is cancelled (please pay attention to the supplementary announcement issued), candidates who choose the second test site of Liaoning Normal University will be transferred to the first test site of Chengmai Experimental Middle School of East China Normal University. 3. Written test results
The written test scores of the candidates shall be calculated on the 100% system, rounded to two decimal places. The written test scores will be published on the website of the people's Government of Chengmai County.
4. Determine shortlisted interviewers
According to the written test scores of candidates, from high score to low score, the list of interviewers shall be determined according to the proportion of 1:3 of the number of job recruiters (the last one with parallel scores shall enter the interview together), and the list of interviewers shall be published on the website of Chengmai County People's government after the completion of the written test.
（5） Qualification review.
