The College of Arts of Nanjing Normal University is the pillar Department of Nanjing Normal University. It has the reputation of "Jiangnan literary hub". Recruitment details
1、 Recruitment position
According to the entry plan of the school of Arts of Nanjing Normal University in 2020, teaching and scientific research personnel are now recruited to the public at home and abroad. The disciplines of recruitment include Chinese philology, comparative literature and world literature, ancient Chinese literature, drama and film and television science, classical philology and related majors. Number of recruiters: 2 for deployment and 4 for allocation. There is no time limit for the application of teaching and scientific research personnel, until the positions are filled in this year.
2、 Categories, conditions and treatment of talents to be recruited
One
Category I: academician or first-class Professor
Salary standard, settlement fee, scientific research start-up fee and office room shall be negotiated in person.
Two
Class II: outstanding leading talents
National high-end talents selected.
We will provide work assistants and support the start-up funds for scientific research. The annual salary shall not be less than 800000 yuan (RMB, the same below). During the service period, 2 million yuan of settling in fee will be paid. First class disciplines and superior disciplines in Jiangsu Province can bring in talents, and the expenses for supporting and settling down can be increased by 100% in the discipline funds. Specific salary and treatment shall be discussed one by one. The winner of the "thousand talents plan" (short-term project of innovative talents) will receive a monthly salary of 30000-50000 yuan according to the actual work month. Assist in arranging spouse's work, and provide help for children's enrollment.
Three
Class III: special professors (special professors of the University, special professors of the province, talents of the "entrepreneurship and innovation plan" of the province)
Major projects of NSFC, key (Major) projects of NSFC, etc.; second prize winners (ranking first) of excellent achievements in scientific research (HUMANITIES AND SOCIAL SCIENCES) of institutions of higher learning of the Ministry of education, or first prize winners (ranking first) of Humanities and Social Sciences at provincial level, and first Prize winners (ranking first) of natural sciences at provincial and ministerial level.
Provide a certain amount of scientific research funds. In addition to the basic salary and basic performance salary, 120000-150000 yuan of incentive performance salary is paid every year. During the service period, RMB 1 million will be paid for settling in. The introduction of talents from first-class disciplines and advantageous disciplines in Jiangsu Province can increase 80% of the discipline funds. Specific standards are discussed by one person.
Four
Class IV: outstanding young talents
National high-end young talents selected.
Provide room for experiment and work, start-up cost of scientific research. The annual salary shall not be less than 400000 yuan, and the settlement fee of 1-1.2 million yuan shall be paid during the service period. First class disciplines and superior disciplines in Jiangsu Province can attract talents, and 60% of the discipline funds can be used for supporting and settling down. Specific salary and treatment shall be discussed one by one.
Five
Category 5: high level talents
In the past five years, he has published a certain number of high-level academic papers of his major as the first author or corresponding author. The fifth category is divided into I, II and III levels. Candidates of level I and level II talents shall be in charge of national projects.
Provide a certain amount of scientific research start-up fee. During the service period, the purchase subsidy or home settlement fee will be paid. The talents at level I, II and III will be 600000 yuan, 400000 yuan and 300000 yuan respectively. During the first employment period, level I will enjoy salary treatment according to the minimum post standard of professors, and level II and level III personnel will enjoy salary treatment according to the minimum post standard of associate professors.
Six
Category 6: excellent doctor or postdoctoral
In the past five years, he has published a certain number of high-level academic papers of his major as the first author or corresponding author. Provide a certain amount of research start-up fee and settling in fee (200000 yuan), and enjoy the minimum salary of associate professor during the first employment period.
Seven
Category 7: other talents
In the past five years, he has published a certain number of high-level academic papers of his major as the first author or corresponding author. Provide a certain amount of scientific research start-up fee.
