1、 About the information of school opening
（1） Key personnel must fill in the information accurately according to the personal epidemic prevention files of students.
1. The personnel who need to be isolated for 14 days to touch and row: those who return to green in Hubei, those who return to green outside Hubei, those who return to green outside Hubei, those who return to green outside Hubei, those who have fever and cough in foreign countries, whether the residential area has been closed, and those who contact with confirmed or suspected cases.
2. Students who need to be quarantined for 14 days by the co habitants should also be arranged and registered until the end of the epidemic.
3. If the head of family travels outside the province during the epidemic, please strictly protect yourself. Huiqing must be isolated separately to avoid contact with children.
（2） Submit students' personal epidemic prevention files for nearly 14 days. It is a necessary condition for students to return to school to submit their personal epidemic prevention files. Please make sure that students fill in the files truthfully and submit them according to the time node.
2、 About daily school
（1） Morning
1. After getting up on time in the morning, take your own temperature first, record truthfully, sign by your parents, and then wash and eat.
2. Help students to prepare health cards, learning supplies and personal hygiene supplies before going out, such as spare masks, toilet paper, disinfectant wipes, water cups, tableware, etc., wear masks and do a good job of protection.
3. Wear masks to protect the students all the way to school. Parents should arrange point-to-point transportation according to the student's mode of transportation: private car, school bus, public transportation and walking.
（2） After school and after school
1. Disperse people flow after school and leave school at different peak. It is the same as in the morning to take the transportation or walk on the way home.
2. On the way home, the students shall not have close contact and communication with the surrounding personnel. They shall walk in front of and behind in order. Physical contact is strictly prohibited.
3. The students report the safety situation through wechat group as soon as they get home, and assist the school to implement "two points and one line".
4. Remind students to take off the mask and deal with it scientifically when they get home. After that, the coat and shoes were disinfected and ventilated. Finally, the parents washed their hands. Their temperature was measured and recorded. Finish your homework in time after dinner.
5. During the epidemic period, it is agreed with parents that they will not visit relatives or friends.
6. Pay attention to students' personal hygiene, wash hands and bathe frequently, and keep their clothes clean.
7. Pay attention to the work and rest rules of students, do not stay up late, properly strengthen home exercise, and improve immunity.
8. If the student has any physical discomfort at home, inform the head teacher at the first time and deal with it according to the plan.
3、 About asking for leave
1. When students ask for sick leave, their parents need to give instructions by phone in person and send SMS with the same content for the school to record.
2. If a student leaves school or goes out for medical treatment due to physical reasons, his / her parents must pick him / her up and the student shall not leave by himself / herself.
4、 Student transportation to and from school
1. Students taking the school bus should be picked up and sent to the site by their parents. Parents can only leave after the school bus leaves. Obey the management of the staff, wait in line at an interval of two meters to get on the train, remind the students to test their body temperature according to the requirements, and reserve seats at intervals. Don't make any noise. Keep quiet.
2. Take care not to take other people's cars for private car transfer, pay attention to protection throughout the process, stay away from the entrance or transfer to the private car transfer station, stop and leave immediately, and obey the arrangement.
3. Students who go to school on public transport should pay attention to following the management of crew members, getting on the train in order, not crowding, not grabbing seats, wearing masks, not talking face to face as much as possible, not touching the facilities on the train, disinfecting with disinfectant wipes after getting off the train, and discarding the wipes to the special garbage can at the school gate.
4. Students who walk to school should ensure that they do not linger, gather, enter shops or supermarkets, and wear masks all the way.
5、 How to deal with the abnormal condition of students' health during the period of returning to school
1. When the temperature of the students is ≥ 37.3 ℃ in the morning, the parents should report to the head teacher (report to the school bus safety officer when taking the school bus) at the first time and drive to the designated fever clinic for treatment, and report the results of treatment to the head teacher timely and truthfully and report to the school.
2. During the morning examination at the school gate, when the teacher on duty found that the temperature of the students was ≥ 37.3 ℃ (three times of measurement), the head teacher, after receiving the notice, contacted the parents to wait at the school gate, sent the students to the designated fever clinic by themselves, reported the diagnosis of the hospital to the head teacher in time and reported to the school.
3. In class, when the students feel uncomfortable or the temperature is found to be ≥ 37.3 ℃, the parents shall be informed after further confirmation by the school doctor, and the private car shall be sent to the designated fever clinic for treatment, and the results of the treatment shall be reported to the head teacher and the school timely and truthfully.
4. If the students on the school bus are unwell or have suspected symptoms, the school bus management personnel will inform the parents, take the students' private car and send it to the designated fever clinic for treatment, and report the results of treatment to the school bus management personnel and the head teacher timely and truthfully, and then report to the school.
6、 Health report Hotline
