Example : Coating for metal strip
The polysilazanes used are organopolysilazanes and perhydrosilazanes, and their number average relative molecular mass is 150 to 150,000. The coating prepared by it can be used for metal strips such as aluminum and zinc, and its coating has good acid resistance, alkali resistance, solvent resistance, acid rain resistance, bird stain resistance, and weather resistance. For example, an aluminum plate with a thickness of 0.5 mm is immersed in a 20% concentration of perhydropolysilazane solution, then exited at a speed of 120 cm/min, and then preheated to 250°C in a forced air drying oven, and kept at this temperature After holding for 60 s, after cooling, a clear, transparent and non-cracking coating is formed. The coating is tested for scratch resistance first, that is, the coating is wiped back and forth 5 times with a force of 3 N with 00 steel wool, and the coating has good scratch resistance. According to ISO 6270.4-2005, the condensate alternating atmosphere test was carried out. After 25 cycles of exposure test, the coating was free of white rust, and its adhesion (DIN EN ISO 2409-2013) was level 0.

Example : Used as a permanent anti-fingerprint coating
The polysilazane used is perhydropolysilazane, its number average relative molecular mass is 150~150 000, with di-n-butyl ether as solvent, and the mass fraction (based on perhydropolysilazane) is 0.75% Using palladium propionate as a catalyst, make a 20% concentration of perhydropolysilazane solution, spray it on a wire of brushed stainless steel (3 cm×3 cm), ventilate it at room temperature for 10 minutes, and then place it in a drying oven After heat treatment (130℃, 1 h) inside, the coating film was cured, and the thickness of the coating was determined to be 2.1 μm. The coating can also be used on chrome-plated plastic substrates, and its coating adhesion (DIN EN ISO 2409—2013) is 0; the anti-fingerprint performance evaluation is to add fingerprints to the painted substrate, and then wipe it with a cotton cloth. , Visually assess the ability to remove fingerprints. The results show that the fingerprints on the substrate coated with the coating can be easily and completely removed, while the same substrate without the coating can not completely remove the fingerprints no matter how much force is used. The long-term performance test against fingerprints also shows that this coating can obtain satisfactory results. The test method is to store the coated and uncoated substrates with fingerprints at room temperature for two weeks, and then wipe the coated and uncoated surfaces with isopropanol. In order to remove the fingerprint traces left on the surface, the result is that the fingerprint traces on the coated surface can be easily and completely removed, while the fingerprint traces on the uncoated substrate are still visible.

Example : Making hydrophilic coating
Using a dipping device with a stepping motor speed of 20 cm/min, immerse the polycarbonate plate (10 cm×10 cm) in the n-dibutyl ether solution of perhydropolysilazane with a concentration of 20% and stay for 10 s. , Withdraw it from the solution at a speed of 20 cm/min, let it trickle briefly, then expose it to the air for 10 minutes, and then immerse it in the aqueous solution of BYK's LPN-6640 additive (10% concentration) (the original solution is 40% concentration, diluted with water at 3:1), placed in this aqueous solution for 24 hours and then washed with water, and measured the contact angle of the coating with water to be less than 10°; the same method can also be used to make stainless steel hydrophilic The water contact angle of the coating is also below 10°.
