Amino silicone oil emulsion

Amino silicone oil emulsion has been widely used in the textile industry. The silicone finishing agent used in the textile industry is mainly amino silicone oil emulsion, and there are also dimethyl silicone oil emulsion, hydrogen silicone oil emulsion, hydroxy silicone oil emulsion, etc.
So in general, what is the choice of amino silicone oil for different fabrics? In other words, for different fibers and fabrics, what kind of amino silicone oil should we use to finish them to achieve good results?

1. For pure cotton and blended fabrics, which are mainly soft, you can choose amino silicone oil with an NH3 value of 0.6;
2. For pure polyester fabrics, which are mainly smooth, you can choose amino silicone oil with an NH3 value of 0.3;
3. For silk fabrics, which are mainly smooth and have high requirements for gloss, you can mainly choose amino silicone oil with an NH3 value of 0.3 and a smoothing agent to increase the gloss;
4. For wool and its blended fabrics, which require a soft, smooth, elastic and comprehensive feel with small color changes, you can choose amino silicone oil with an NH3 value of 0.6 and 0.3 and a compound smoothing agent to increase elasticity and gloss;
5. For cashmere sweaters and cashmere fabrics, the overall feel is better than that of cashmere. Wool fabrics are high, and high-concentration compound products can be selected;
6. Nylon socks are mainly smooth, and high-elastic amino silicone oil is selected;
7. Acrylic blankets, acrylic and its blended fabrics are mainly soft and have high elasticity requirements. You can choose amino silicone oil with an amine value of 0.6, taking into account the elasticity requirements;
8. Linen fabrics are mainly smooth, and mainly choose amino silicone oil with an amine value of 0.3;
9. Rayon and artificial cotton are mainly soft, and amino silicone oil with an amine value of 0.6 should be selected;
10. Polyester reduced-weight fabrics are mainly to improve their hydrophilicity, and polyether-modified silicone oil and hydrophilic amino silicone oil can be selected.
