Siloxanes include hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane (D3), octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), decamethylcyclopentasiloxane (D5), dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane (D6), hexamethyldisiloxane (HMDSO) and dimethylsiloxane mixed ring (DMC) and other sub-products. Among them, dimethylsiloxane mixed ring is a mixture of various siloxane sub-products mainly composed of D3, D4, D5, D6 or D3, D4, and D5, with D4 accounting for the highest proportion.
