This technology realizes the comprehensive utilization of silicon tetrachloride, a byproduct of polysilicon, and increases the added value of silicon tetrachloride products. It has been applied and built into a 10,000-ton/year OVD-grade high-purity silicon tetrachloride and a 100-ton/year PCVD-grade and semiconductor ultra-high-purity silicon tetrachloride production unit. This technological breakthrough has not only enhanced my country's competitiveness in the global silicon tetrachloride market, but also injected new vitality into the development of my country's new materials industry.
