Recently, a large-scale domestic organic silicon new material project has made significant progress, and the first phase of the project has been successfully completed and put into production. The project covers multiple production links such as raw material processing, monomer synthesis, separation and dimethyl hydrolysis, and adopts advanced production processes and equipment to achieve efficient and environmentally friendly production goals.
According to the project leader, the project uses advanced crushing, screening and drying technologies in the raw material processing link, which effectively improves the utilization rate of raw materials and product quality; in the monomer synthesis link, by optimizing the reaction conditions and the use of catalysts, the production goal of high yield and low energy consumption is achieved; in the separation and dimethyl hydrolysis link, advanced separation technology and hydrolysis process are used to ensure the purity and stability of the product.
The successful commissioning of this project not only improves the production capacity and level of the domestic organic silicon new material industry, but also injects new impetus into the sustainable development of the industry. In the future, the project will continue to expand the production scale, improve the technical level, and make greater contributions to the development of the organic silicon industry.
