Dear students
Hello everyone! In this unusual winter holiday, students and teachers joined forces to fight "epidemic" and won preliminary victory. Through the Jiangsu provincial novel coronavirus infection pneumonia prevention and control leading group, the school prevention and control group passed the record, our hospital will be batching and peak start. The school is a place with a high density of personnel. Any neglect of minor details in the prevention and control work may lead to the overall collapse of the "anti epidemic" front. In order to welcome students back to school safely, the college has made full preparations and drills for each link of back to school. In order to better protect yourself and return to school smoothly, please read these instructions carefully before returning to school.
1、 Back to school time

2、 Back to school batch
The college arranges students from all departments to return to school in batches. The entrance channel is set at the south gate and the north gate. Students who live in the South Gate enter from the south gate, and students who live in the north gate enter from the north gate. The specific arrangement is as follows:
April 13: Volunteers enter school from South Gate April 14: (1) east entrance of South Gate: Department of Humanities (living in Nanyuan), Department of foreign languages (living in Nanyuan) (2) west entrance of South Gate: Department of information (living in Nanyuan), Department of Engineering (living in Nanyuan) (3) north entrance: Department of humanities, Department of foreign languages, Department of information, Department of Engineering (living in Beiyuan) Note: 2016 and 2017 of self driving back to school Students of level 1 will arrive at school in the morning, students of level 2 will arrive at school in the afternoon, and students of level 2 will not be restricted.

3、 Application and review of returning to school
（1） Back to school health conditions
According to the documents related to epidemic prevention and control, the college takes the students' location, travel track and physical health as the basis for returning to school.
1. novel coronavirus pneumonia cases or suspected cases or confirmed asymptomatic infection will not be returned to school temporarily (1). (2) At present, students who are still in the severe epidemic area will not return to school. (3) Students who have lived abroad within 14 days will not return to school temporarily. For those students who do not return to school temporarily, your counselor will keep in touch with you. After the conditions meet the requirements of returning to school, you can apply for returning to school, and you can return to school with the approval of the college. The college will work out a feasible teaching plan for students who are not going back to school temporarily. The specific plan will be notified separately.
2. Suspension of returning to school (1) students who have close contact with confirmed / suspected cases or confirmed asymptomatic infection within 14 days before returning to school shall be suspended from returning to school. (2) Students staying in or in close contact with returnees from areas with severe epidemics 14 days before returning to school shall be suspended from returning to school. (3) Students who have respiratory symptoms such as fever, fatigue and cough within 14 days before returning to school shall be postponed. (4) Students who have contact with people with fever or respiratory infection symptoms within 14 days before returning to school, and those who have contact with overseas returnees (except those who have been released from isolation) within 14 days shall be suspended from returning to school. For those students who are determined to be postponed to go back to school, your counselor will keep in touch with you. Please report your health every day. You can apply for going back to school after the conditions meet the requirements for going back to school. You can go back to school after being approved by the college. The college will work out a practical teaching plan for students who are temporarily suspended from returning to school. The specific plan will be notified separately.
3. Except for the above two situations, students approved by the college can return to school normally. If you can't return to school within the prescribed time limit, you should go through the formalities of asking for leave. Please go back to school after the vacation. Reminder: students who return to school without the approval of the college will be treated according to the school discipline and rules. At the same time, the isolation outside the school shall be carried out at the designated isolation point in Danyang City, and the cost shall be borne by itself.
（2） Application content of returning to school
Before 17:00 on April 8, please log in "today's campus app", fill in and upload "one form, one code, one check and one promise": fill in the health information form, upload "sukang code", screenshot of personal travel path query result, print or handwritten and signed safety self-discipline commitment picture.
1. "One form" refers to the health information declaration form before returning to school. The contents of the form include: my going out 14 days before returning to school, epidemiological history of contact with confirmed / suspected cases or confirmed asymptomatic infected persons, people from epidemic areas, and physical health status of myself and fellow residents.
2. "One yard" is "sukang yard". The following ways are obtained: mobile phone click Alipay, click search box, search "sukang code", enter the relevant information after entering, can apply for health two-dimensional code.
3. "One check" refers to the query results of personal travel track. The method is as follows:
(1) Telecom mobile phone users: edit the SMS "cxmyd ා the last four digits of ID card number" to 10001, authorize to reply y, and realize "roaming query", which can query the information of mobile phone number in the past 15 days.
(2) Unicom mobile users: the mobile phone sends "the last four digits of cxmyd ා ID card" to 10010 to query the information of roaming places in China for nearly 30 days.
(3) Mobile phone users: fill in "cxmyd" and send it to 10086. Then input the last four digits of ID card according to the reply message. You can query the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities visited in the past month.
4. "One commitment" is a letter of commitment for safety self-discipline. See Annex 1 for details.
Reminder: all students must fill in the relevant information in time and accurately. Any missing or concealed information will be dealt with seriously according to the relevant school discipline and rules.

1. Before 12:00 on April 11, the college will complete the audit according to the health declaration information of students returning to school.
2. After the audit, for the students who meet the conditions of returning to school, the college will issue the notice of returning to school sign in through "today campus app".
3. After the review, for those students who do not meet the conditions for returning to school, the college will arrange counselors to inform them not to return to school temporarily or suspend returning to school.
5、 Report back to school
（1） Back to school registration process
1. There is a multi station channel at the entrance of the college. When students check in, they need to take their temperature, check their identity information (sign in with "today's campus app") and show the results to the staff before entering the apartment. Please wear masks during the whole registration process.
2. When checking in, please cooperate with the staff for the second temperature test, scan the code and swipe the campus card before entering.
3. After entering the dormitory, please wash your hands and keep your hands clean; open windows for ventilation and ventilation; take off your coat and put it on the balcony; properly remove the mask and dispose of it; clean the dormitory and air conditioning filter screen; disinfect it; keep the indoor clean at all times.
（2） Reminders on relevant matters of back to school registration
1. Please prepare a certain amount of disposable medical protective masks, disposable gloves and other anti epidemic articles. For self safety and health protection, it is recommended to prepare personal tableware.
2. When taking public transportation, students should wear disposable medical protective masks and gloves throughout the journey, try to avoid touching the articles on the vehicle and the articles in public places along the way, and keep the tickets.
3. On the way back to school, students should do a good job of health monitoring, and take the initiative to measure the temperature when they are hot. If you need to see a doctor in a medical institution during the trip, you should take the initiative to tell the doctor about the travel and living history of the relevant disease epidemic area, as well as the situation of the contact population after the onset of the disease, and cooperate with the doctor to carry out the relevant investigation. And timely contact with the counselor to inform the relevant medical situation.
4. On the way back to school, the students should pay attention to the health status of the surrounding passengers and avoid close contact with the suspicious symptom personnel. In case of any suspicious symptom, report to the crew in time.
5. If students choose to take a private car to school, keep good ventilation in the car to prevent temporary hyperthermia in the closed car space.
6. For the convenience and safety of returning to school, it is suggested that students can mail large luggage to the college in advance and collect it at the express delivery point in the college. At the same time, the college also arranged volunteers to help carry luggage during the return period.
Reminder: in order to ensure the safety and convenience of the students to enter the school, avoid the blocking of the school gate and the gathering of people, all self driving vehicles and parents can not enter the campus, and they can stop at the gate of the college and leave.
6、 Campus management after returning to school
（1） During the epidemic, the college will implement closed campus management according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Before the end of the epidemic, all the students of day study will return to the college for accommodation temporarily. Students are not allowed to leave the campus without permission. If there are special circumstances, they must go through the formalities of application for approval.
（2） During the period of closed campus management, teaching buildings, libraries, canteens, apartments, supermarkets (with disinfection and sterilization supplies), express outlets, sports fields and other places are normally open, and students enter and leave according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, such as flow restriction, temperature measurement, interval queuing and so on.
（3） Since April 16, the students have formal classes (normal classes every six weeks). The college will determine the teaching form (continue online teaching, offline teaching or online and offline mixed teaching) after the opening of the school according to the development of online course teaching in the early stage. During the class, please sit in the designated position (horizontal space) and wear masks all the way.
（4） For courses that can not be taught online, such as experiments and practical training, the college will inform offline courses according to the epidemic situation. Graduation class continued to carry out graduation practice, graduation project (Thesis) online teaching, and organized offline teaching again when the epidemic situation was relieved and conditions allowed.
（5） After the start of the school, the work such as the change of student status and the examination and approval of overseas achievements will be resumed. All kinds of examinations, such as make-up examination, re examination, professional transfer examination, CET-4 and CET-6 examination, etc., will be further notified by the college according to the relevant notice of the superior and the situation of epidemic prevention and control.
（6） The service of borrowing and returning books in the library is normal, and the reading room is temporarily closed. The self study classroom in the teaching building is temporarily closed.
（7） The students take the temperature test twice a day in the dormitory, and report the health information through the "today campus app" daily platform. Do not gather, visit or hold gathering activities in the apartment. Apartment study bar, book bar and other places of study are not open temporarily. The apartment laundry is open normally.
（8） During the epidemic period, the canteen adopts the fixed-point time-sharing and staggered peak feeding system (the specific content will be notified separately). Students need to wear masks when eating in the canteen, and go in and out according to the designated route: Nanyuan canteen enters from the north and exits from the South; Beiyuan canteen enters from the West and exits from the East. The restaurant is equipped with enough hand sanitizer. Please wash your hands before eating, and keep more than 1 meter away when waiting in line. It is suggested that students bring their own tableware and pack it to the dormitory for dinner.
（9） During the epidemic, students do not organize or participate in any gathering activities, and can actively participate in all kinds of online activities.
