The laboratory integrates the academic and industrial talents in the fields of material physics, material chemistry, metalology, ceramics, polymer science, computational materials, mechanical electronics, control engineering and other disciplines and industries, and has a comprehensive scientific research team engaged in applied basic research and engineering technology development. The laboratory now has 1 academician, 6 researchers, 8 associate researchers / senior engineers and many other researchers. Due to the development needs of polymer precursor team, we are looking for researchers to undertake organic precursor preparation and application research. The details are as follows:

Research direction: synthesis, preparation and application of organosilicon polymer containing boron
Requirements:
1. Have a doctor's degree in organic chemistry or polymer chemistry, polymer materials and other related disciplines, have rich research experience in the field of organic synthesis or polymer synthesis, be familiar with organic synthesis molecular design, various operations, etc., can put forward practical integrated solutions according to the application needs, and have strong problem-solving ability;
2. Familiar with the structure characterization and atlas analysis of organic molecules / polymers;
3. Be able to carry out scientific research independently, be practical and willing to work, have a sense of responsibility, and have strong team cooperation ability;
4. Be familiar with the research and writing of patents and English papers;
5. Experience in organic boron cluster compounds / polymers (such as boron modified polymers, synthesis of carborane derivatives) is preferred;
6. Have published at least 2 SCI papers.
Remuneration:
1. Provide competitive salary according to the interviewers' scientific research experience, which is set according to the salary system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Research Institute, enjoying five insurances and one gold and related welfare benefits of the Institute;
2. According to the adjusted postdoctoral support policy of Ningbo, the postdoctoral treatment of Ningbo materials is as follows:
Ordinary postdoctoral, annual salary is 260000 (before tax, including 37000 five insurances and one fund paid by the unit)
Excellent postdoctoral, annual salary of 310000 (before tax, including 45000 paid by the unit for five insurances and one fund)
Young researcher specially employed, with annual salary of 360000 (before tax, including 45000 five insurances and one gold paid by the unit);
3. Housing subsidies, meal subsidies, high temperature subsidies, etc;
4. Year end performance;
5. Stay in Ningbo for work after leaving the station, and Ningbo will provide an additional subsidy of 200000-300000 yuan;
6. The laboratory team will strive to provide support for personal growth and development.
Co Tutor: Song Yujie, associate researcher, received his Ph.D. from Nanyang University of technology in Singapore in 2017, and joined the advanced materials group of Temasek laboratory in Singapore in the same year to engage in the research and development of new special materials. In December 2018, he entered Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and was selected into the "hundred talents plan" of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2019. The main research fields are organic polymer / composite materials, ceramic precursor, near infrared / short wave infrared reflectors, etc.
