     Recently, a new cross-linked liquid sulfonated siloxane product named SI-S-L003 has made its debut in the market. With its core advantages such as controllable cross-linking rate and excellent mechanical balance, it brings new breakthroughs to the field of resin system modification and is expected to be widely used in construction, automotive, chemical, electronic and other industries.
     As a cross-linked sulfonated siloxane product, SI-S-L003 appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid at room temperature, free of mechanical impurities. When mixed with resin systems, it does not gel or agglomerate, and does not affect the appearance of products after curing, showing good compatibility. Its core highlight is the inclusion of multi-functional cross-linking sites. A small addition can significantly increase the cross-linking density of the resin system, with a cross-linking conversion rate of over 90% in line with GB/T 1636 standards. It can effectively enhance the mechanical properties of materials, increasing tensile strength by more than 30% while maintaining a good elongation at break.
     The cross-linking rate of the product can be flexibly adjusted through temperature and addition amount, adapting to room temperature to medium temperature curing systems of 25-80℃. It not only meets the room temperature curing needs of on-site construction but also adapts to the medium temperature curing scenarios of factory mass production without affecting the production cycle. After curing, the material achieves a balanced match between toughness and hardness, successfully solving the problems of brittleness, cracking, soft collapse and deformation of ordinary systems. At the same time, it significantly improves the resistance to organic solvents, weak acids and weak bases, extending the service life of products in complex media.
     In terms of application scenarios, SI-S-L003 shows wide adaptability. In the construction field, when used in the production of elastomer sealants, after adding 2%-4% by mass of the system, the tensile strength of the sealant can be increased by more than 35%, the Shore hardness reaches A60-A70, and there is no swelling or cracking after soaking in organic solvents such as ethanol and xylene for 24 hours. In the chemical field, it can be used for cross-linking modification of anti-corrosion coatings for equipment and pipelines. In the industrial manufacturing field, it can provide cross-linking enhancement for polyurethane elastomers and epoxy composite materials, adapting to industrial parts, electronic packaging and other scenarios. In addition, the product does not contain volatile harmful components and releases no toxic substances after curing, meeting the environmental requirements of industrial products.
