Amino silicone oil, a modified product of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), is a new-type material with multiple excellent properties by introducing amino functional groups into the main chain or side chain. It is colorless or pale yellow liquid at room temperature, featuring strong chemical stability, resistance to high and low temperatures, and low surface tension, which enables it to spread and form films easily on substrate surfaces. There is a wide range of product types, covering various structures such as aminoalkyl-modified at both ends and various amino-modified side chains, which are respectively suitable for textile finishing, personal care, leather, electronics and other fields. For example, cyclohexylaminoalkyl-modified silicone oil on the side chain is oxidation-resistant and not easy to yellow, and guanidine-modified silicone oil can endow hair with excellent luster and smoothness. With the upgrading of application demands, amino silicone oil is gradually expanding more segmented scenarios and becoming an important material in industrial production and daily necessities.
