January 31, 2026 - The newly disclosed manufacturing process of all-solid-state batteries shows that the product is prepared through three core links: "material pretreatment β component coordination β finished product packaging". Its refined processing flow provides key technical reference for the industry development.
In the material pretreatment stage, the cathode material undergoes dry mixing, extrusion film formation, current collector coating and calendering in sequence to ensure stable electrode structure; the solid electrolyte is processed by extrusion or spray film formation, transfer printing and calendering to guarantee ion conductivity; the lithium metal anode completes rolling and current collector composite operation to improve battery energy density. Subsequently, the three types of components enter the slitting process simultaneously, realize structural integration through lamination, hot pressing forming and tab welding, then optimize stability through isostatic pressing and packaging processes, and finally activate electrochemical performance through formation treatment to complete the preparation of all-solid-state batteries.
As the core development direction of next-generation power batteries, all-solid-state batteries have attracted much attention due to their higher safety and energy density. The clearly defined production process will provide important support for the large-scale mass production of relevant enterprises.
