IOTA’s IOTA 9600 Silicone Elastomer Gel, a blend of high-molecular-weight silicone elastomer and cyclic siloxanes, is a translucent paste designed as a direct alternative to Dow Corning® 9040. It supports cold processing and can be dispersed directly into the oil phase without post-shearing, making it highly compatible with water-in-oil, oil-in-water, water-in-silicone, and anhydrous systems.

In skincare creams, sunscreens, color cosmetics, and styling products, IOTA 9600 delivers a dry, velvety, and non-greasy finish while offering mild sebum absorption. It is highly compatible with lipophilic active ingredients such as fragrances, UV filters, and vitamin derivatives, with a recommended usage level of 1%–20%.
