Linear silicone oil has low surface tension and has unique interface properties. Only a small amount of [0.0001%-0.5% (mass fraction)] low viscosity dimethyl silicone oil is added to coatings and inks to effectively reduce the surface tension. Improve coatability and expandability to obtain a coating with no orange peel and uniform appearance. It can also improve the dispersibility of pigments and other additives in coatings and inks to avoid their segregation, floating or precipitation.
