Lubricant refers to the general name of auxiliary materials added to the material to be compressed before tableting to make it have or increase fluidity, anti-adhesion and lubricity, so as to facilitate the tableting process. Lubricants are divided into three types according to their mechanism of action; lubricants refer to auxiliary materials that can reduce the friction between the particles or tablets and the die.
After the tablet die is cleaned, a layer of simethicone can also solve the sticking problem of some varieties.
1. Sustained release aspirin tablets
Take 1000g of aspirin powder (crystal diameter of 0.1770mm), 70g of ethoxyethyl cellulose (containing 12% ethoxy group), and dissolve it in 300ml (1:1) solution of toluene-dichloromethane and 30g containing simethicone Toluene solution, 400g starch, 300g glycerol palmitate stearic fatty acid ester, 50g talc powder, 100g microcrystalline cellulose, which can be obtained by making tablets by conventional methods.
2. Compound paracetamol capsules
Take aspirin granules and heat them to 50β, coat them with 1:1 copolymer of methacrylic acid and methacrylate and 0.045% AF emulsion (defoamer), and dry them in a boiling drying bed at 37.8β for more than 24 hours, then Weigh 52.144g, add 0.203g of sodium lauryl sulfate, 41.45g of paracetamol, 0.363g of simethicone, and 0.145g of polyoxyethylene dehydrated monooleate, mix them uniformly, and fill them into capsules to obtain. The capsule weighs 700 mg, and each capsule contains 325 mg of aspirin and acetaminophen.
3. Ibuprofen sustained-release tablets
Take 58.25% of ibuprofen, 14.50% lactose, 12.60% calcium hydrogen phosphate, 11.65% glyceryl behenate, 1.0% magnesium stearate, and talc + silicone oil (4:1) 2.0% to make tablets.
