Red glue
Red gum is a kind of polyene compounds, heated likely to occur after solidification, when temperature is 150 ℃, freezing point has the paste body becomes solid red glue, use this feature, you can use a little glue or printed to fixed patch components, circuit board components using patch red plastic can be heated through or reflow oven curing.
The components on the circuit board, especially the double-sided PCB, are fixed with patch red glue when soldering, so that the small patch components on the back will not fall into the tin furnace. Red glue has several characteristics:
(1) Stable adhesion strength can be obtained for all kinds of chip components;
(2) It has viscosity and shake denaturation suitable for screen printing, and the glue quantity is stable without brush leakage or tower edge;
(3) It has good preservation and stability;
(4) With high adhesive strength, can avoid the occurrence of high speed SMT components bias.
Main role: the main role of red glue is to make the circuit board patch components fixed, mainly bonding, or used with solder paste as a reinforcing fixed role.
