Therefore, it is particularly important to control parameters such as the pH value of the treatment agent. And put forward higher requirements for the surface state of the workpiece before silanization:
1. Complete degreasing;
2. The workpiece entering the silane tank should not contain metal debris or other impurities;
3. It is best to use deionization before silanization water.
