Product Features

1. This product adds vinyl chains to the hydroxy silicone oil molecule. The molecular structure contains two groups, hydroxyl and vinyl, which can simultaneously play the role of anti-structuring and improving hardness.
2. Adding this product can play a dual role: the hydroxyl group in the molecule reacts with the active group of white carbon black to play the role of a structural controller; the vinyl in the molecule cross-links with the vinyl in the raw rubber, which has a better effect than simply adding vinyl silicone oil.

Product Application

1. This product is best added when it is frozen and eaten. For products with low requirements for resilience, heat treatment is not required after rubber refining.
2. The amount of this product is highly correlated with the quality of white carbon black and raw rubber. Please add it as needed.
3. This product can be used alone or in combination with hydroxy silicone oil. For some special application scenarios, the vinyl content can be customized separately.
