Reactors are mainly used in the production links of hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation, polymerization, sterilization and storage in the petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine and food industries. They are pressure vessels used to complete the process of sulfidation, nitration, hydrogenation, hydrocarbonization and condensation. The reactor is mainly composed of four parts: inner tank, jacket, stirring device and support seat.
The definition of reactor is broadly understood as a container with physical or chemical reactions. Through the structural design and parameter configuration of the container, the functions of heating, evaporation, cooling and high and low speed mixing required by the process are realized.
