When using inferior hydroxy silicone oil to produce mixed silicone, the workshop may produce sour smell (fog), large dosage, bad powder, sticking to the roller and other undesirable phenomena. Sometimes methoxy silicone oil or dimethyl ether auxiliary materials need to be added, and production will have safety risks, high volatility, low yield of finished products and other problems.

Such mixed silicone has poor structural resistance and short storage period (≤2 months). It is very likely to have problems with adhesive elasticity, acid return, cracking, and mucous membrane. The aging test is not good for refining, sticking to the roller, burrs, slag falling, cracking, and non-formation.

Let me ask, is this quality of mixed silicone competitive in the market? In the end, it can only enter the low-end market, with price competition and almost no profit margin.
