1. Storage conditions
Temperature: It should be stored in a cool, dry environment, with a recommended temperature range of 5℃-30℃. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight to prevent decomposition or deterioration.
Container: Use original containers with good sealing or chemical-resistant containers (such as polyethylene or glass containers), and avoid using metal containers to prevent reactions.
Ventilation: The storage area should be well ventilated to avoid vapor accumulation.
Away from fire sources: 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane is flammable and should be kept away from fire, heat sources and oxidants.
2. Safe use recommendations
Personal protection:
Gloves: Wear chemical-resistant gloves (such as nitrile rubber gloves).
Goggles: Wear chemical protective glasses during operation to prevent liquid from splashing into the eyes.
Protective clothing: Wear long-sleeved lab coats or protective clothing to avoid direct skin contact.
Mask: In poorly ventilated environments, it is recommended to wear an organic vapor mask.
Operating environment:
Operate in a fume hood or well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling vapor.
Avoid contact with strong acids, strong bases or oxidants to prevent violent reactions.
Precautions for use:
Check the container for integrity before use to avoid leakage.
Seal the container immediately after use to prevent moisture absorption or volatilization.
Avoid long-term exposure to air to prevent hydrolysis or deterioration.
3. Emergency treatment
Skin contact: Immediately rinse with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and remove contaminated clothing. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention immediately.
Eye contact: Immediately rinse eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
Inhalation: Move the patient to fresh air quickly and keep breathing unobstructed. If breathing difficulties occur, seek medical attention immediately.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting, seek medical attention immediately and provide the product safety data sheet (MSDS).
