The 20,000-tonne DMC refined oil put into production this time, as a key organosilicon monomer, can be widely used in ring-opening polymerization to produce silicone oil, silicone rubber and silicone resin with different degrees of polymerization. After further processing, it can be adapted to various fields such as architectural sealing, electronic insulation, textile finishing and automobile manufacturing. In the field of product segmentation, the 201 methyl silicone oil supplied by the company is non-toxic, tasteless and has strong physiological inertness. It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -50℃ to 180℃. It is not only a high-quality material for electrical insulation and mechanical lubrication, but also can be used as a cosmetic base and plastic processing additive; 107 silicone rubber focuses on high adaptability. It can not only be used as the core raw material for RTV mold silicone rubber, defoamer and silicone glass adhesive, but also play a role in moisture-proof and shockproof in the potting and sealing of electronic components and the manufacturing of rubber rollers for automobile machinery.
