On December 9, 2025, Hesheng Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. issued an assessment notice, disclosing multiple violations and disciplinary cases recently investigated by the Audit and Supervision Department. The company has imposed severe penalties and joint liability accountability on the relevant responsible persons, demonstrating its firm stance of "investigating all violations, prosecuting verified cases, and imposing strict penalties" and sounding the alarm for all employees on integrity.
According to the notice, Li Mou and Da Mou, warehouse keepers of a factory in Shihezi, took advantage of their positions to steal warehouse materials multiple times and sell them at low prices, illegally gaining tens of thousands of yuan and causing hundreds of thousands of yuan in losses to the company. Their actions have seriously violated the company's system and are suspected of crimes. The company decided to recover all their illegal gains, deduct their full performance salaries for October and November, dismiss them, and transfer them to judicial authorities for criminal liability.
In addition, Wan Mou, Liu Mou, and Ren Mou, electrical employees of the factory, failed to strictly follow the prescribed procedures when receiving materials, violating Article 4.2 of the Spare Parts Warehouse Management System and posing potential safety hazards to material management. Four electrical directors, including Wang Mou and Zhang Mou, failed to properly supervise their subordinates and assumed management responsibilities. All the above personnel had 200 yuan deducted from their November performance salaries. Wang Mou, the warehouse supervisor, was held directly responsible for failing to perform daily supervision and management duties and had 2,000 yuan deducted from his November performance salary. Li Mou, the general manager's assistant, bore leadership and management responsibilities and had 500 yuan deducted from his November performance salary.
