The report issued by China Building Materials Inspection and Certification Group Suzhou Co., Ltd. showed that the sample was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy, and it was confirmed to contain alkane plasticizers, which was consistent with the relevant test results of "white oil".
    Due to the product quality problems, Jiacheng Glass legally suspended the payment of the final payment of more than 200,000 yuan and took the initiative to communicate a solution, but did not receive a positive response. On December 5, 2025, Chengdu Moubao instead filed a lawsuit with the court demanding payment of the remaining payment, and at the same time released false information through online platforms accusing Jiacheng Glass of defaulting on payments.
