At present, the college has more than 9900 students, including Department of humanities, Department of foreign languages, Department of economy and management, Department of public management, Department of information science and technology, Department of engineering, Department of fine arts and Department of music, with a total of 8 departments and 39 undergraduate majors, covering economics, law, management, literature, science, engineering, art and other categories. The teaching staff of Zhongbei university consists of its own teachers, the teachers of Nanjing Normal University and the external teachers. 5、 Application conditions

6、 Enrollment major and plan
In 2020, the college will enroll four majors, specifically musicology, animation, tourism management, international economy and trade, for the five-year consistent higher vocational education of "professional to basic", with an enrollment plan of 180 students. 7、 Application and examination 1. Candidates who apply for the "special transfer" of North China College of Nanjing Normal University can fill in the relevant majors of North China College of Nanjing Normal University according to their majors at the junior college stage and the requirements of the "special transfer" enrollment of North China College of Nanjing Normal University for majors at the junior college stage.
2. The registration time is from May 6 to May 14, 2019. Each student can only fill in the relevant majors of one undergraduate college and whether to obey the wishes.
3. The recommendation school shall be responsible for reviewing the qualifications of the students according to the application conditions. Our college will reexamine the qualification of the registered students. Those who do not meet the requirements of registration and cheat will be disqualified as soon as they are found.
8、 Examination subjects, contents and instructions
There are three subjects in the five-year vocational "special to basic" enrollment major of Zhongbei College of Nanjing Normal University, which are English, major one and major two.
1. The English subject is the unified examination of the whole province, with a full score of 100 and a time of 90 minutes. 2. Please refer to the appendix for details of the professional subjects, examination requirements, main reference books and other contents of each professional examination.
9、 Examination arrangement and fee standard
According to the standards approved by the Provincial Department of Finance and the price bureau, the registration fee for each examinee is 10 yuan, the examination fee for each subject is 45 yuan, and the examination fee for each student participating in the examination is 145 yuan.

10、 Admission
After the Department of education of Jiangsu Province has unified the English minimum admission score line, according to the announced enrollment plan, the admission is carried out in accordance with the principle of "fair, just, comprehensive measurement of morality, intelligence, physical and aesthetic, comprehensive evaluation and excellent admission":
1. The majors of musicology are selected from the highest to the lowest according to the accumulated total scores of the professional subjects;
2. Animation, tourism management, international economy and trade shall be selected from the top to the bottom according to the total cumulative scores of all subjects, and the scores of single subject of professional subjects shall not be less than 30;
3. The students participate in the professional skill competition organized by the education administrative department during their stay in the college, which meets the professional requirements of our college for the candidates. For the top 20 or above winners in national competitions, top 10 or first prize winners in provincial competitions, and the students who have obtained the qualification to participate in the selection, our college will increase 20 points in the total score of the professional subject examination and reach the minimum admission score line of the major, and they can be admitted preferentially. Among them, the top ten winners of the national competition and the top three winners of the provincial competition can enjoy the policy admission. The copy of the student's award certificate and related documents shall be submitted to our college for examination and approval at the time of application after affixing the school seal.
The admission list shall be submitted to the college students' office of Jiangsu Provincial Department of education. After the examination of Jiangsu Provincial Department of education, the admission list shall be determined and the college shall issue the admission notice.
11、 Transfer and training, management of student status and employment
1. The students of "transfer from special school to basic school" are transferred to the third year of North Central College of Nanjing Normal University. Their study and living place is in Danyang campus of North Central College of Nanjing Normal University. Students who have not obtained the diploma will not go through the enrollment procedures.
2. The students who have been admitted to the Zhongbei College of Nanjing Normal University shall go through the formalities of changing their student status after being examined and registered by the Department of education of Jiangsu Province. Transfer out and receiving procedures shall be handled by the original College of students and Zhongbei College of Nanjing Normal University in accordance with the relevant provisions of student status management. Students who have changed their major into a new one are not allowed to change their major or study.
3. The college determines the training objectives and requirements according to the five-year consistent system of student resources and the characteristics of vocational skill personnel training, so as to establish classes independently, formulate and implement teaching plans, organize teaching independently, and evaluate teaching independently, so as to ensure the quality of personnel training.
4. The tuition fee of "transfer from special school to basic school" is the same as that of students of the same major in the College: 16500 yuan / academic year for art major, 14000 yuan / academic year for liberal arts major, and 1500 yuan / academic year for accommodation.
5. The students who have transferred their major to the university will enjoy the same treatment as other students of the university after they report to the school.
6. Upon the expiration of the period of study in North China College of Nanjing Normal University, the "transfer from special school to basic school" students who meet the graduation requirements shall be issued with the graduation certificate of North China College of Nanjing Normal University, which indicates: "XX major (starting point of special school) undergraduate study in North China College of Nanjing Normal University". The starting and ending time of study shall be filled in according to the actual time of entering the undergraduate course.
