Enrollment stage
The notice will be distributed to all classes of the Department of foreign languages on April 30, 2020. The contestants need to fill in the application form, and the application form is named uniformly - grade + name of person in charge, which can be sent to 869389292@qq.com. They can participate individually or in teams. The number of team members shall not exceed three, and the photographer is not counted as a team member. Individuals and team leaders participating in the competition enter the relevant groups of the competition.

Activity flow
1. The students who sign up should fill in the application form.
2. The participating teams shall select the dubbing clip, clip the silencing video and the dubbing audio of the team members, and make a complete dubbing video. The total video duration shall be controlled within 2-4 minutes.
3. The audit team reviews all the dubbing videos and publishes the list of students who won the prize.
Work requirements
(1) The dubbing works are combined with professional features, and the language is unlimited. All kinds of film and television works are available, such as film, TV series, animation, skits, crosstalk, documentary, short video editing or mixed cutting. If the contestants have other needs, it depends on the situation. All works require healthy and positive content, which is related to the current epidemic.
(2) The entries must be voiced by the team members themselves. It is forbidden to use voice cards and other sound transformation equipment for the players outside the team. In the creative adaptation part, the adapted content must be original for the team, and relevant materials can be found by themselves, but the existing dubbing work content cannot be copied.
Submission method
The contributions include: application form, dubbing video, and recording the dubbing video. After the entries are compressed, they will be sent to the designated email address in the communication group of the competition. The compressed file will be named after the team name - the work name, for example: dubbing team - the bridge section of the romance of the Three Kingdoms (please pay attention to the announcement in the group for details).
Selection method
Judges and teachers will score in five aspects: timbre and sound quality, clarity and fluency, emotional index, film difficulty, and creative innovation, each of which accounts for 20 points.
